Each submitted URL must be complete and correctly formatted, i.e., start with http:// or https://.
The linked page should be accessible without mandatory registration (or at least with free access) so that other
users can actually use the content. Optionally, a brief description can be added to explain the quality,
license, or special features of the alternative; this helps others evaluate the link.
Finally, it must be ensured that the target platform’s own terms of service are not violated, such as linking to blocked or otherwise prohibited content. Violations of these rules may result in the removal of the entry and possibly exclusion from the service.
